Derek Burlew entered Europe in 2005 with many participations at the NIGHT of the JUMPs Tournament. The 22 year old US-Boy had huge success in 2003 in the States. He was #2 in the IFMA overalls and won the Vans Triple Crown. In 2004 he participated at the Gravity Games. 2005 he made his way to Europe and had top positions at the NIGHT of the JUMPs in Milan, Bremen, Bern and Hamburg. Derek has a perfect style. Incredible are his Whips, Tsunamis and Cliffhangers. Last year he trained on some Backflips but crashed in training and was injured for some month. Now he is back on track and will attack again. Last year he ended up on position #10 in the IFMXF Worldrank. This year he will try to make it in the Top 10 and maybe he will present his first Backflip in Europe.
